Going to College or Just Going to Act?: "I would like to do both. I want to continue my career as an actor & maybe when I'm an old geezer, I'd like to direct. I took & acting class once, & I didn't really like it, so if I went to school I don't think I would do that again. I don't quite know what to do about all that yet. I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket. I might want to study computers or architecture or something."

Thoughts on the Price of Fame: "Well, I have a really great close of friends, who know who I really am, so they don't let me forget "Old School" Matt O'Leary from Chicago. We'll go to the mall & all these girls will mob me & I already will think, "Okay, this is getting old."
Thoughts on being a heart throb: "I don't know about that! I think that it's kind of something you fall into... It's not something you want or you don't want."
Most Embarrassing Date: "That's presuming I've had a date! First of all, you can't go on a date because you don't have a car, so your mom has to drive you & that's embarrassing. So there's no dating; there's basically a bunch of friends going to the mall, like a quadruple date. So you see a movie & you come out, but it's not a date."
Thoughts on Bike Dates: (facetiously suave) "Look, I'll pick you up at seven-- you can ride my pegs." (laughs all around)
Thoughts on Reading: "When I was younger, I hated reading. Then, I don't know hold old I was when Harry Potter and the Sourcer's Stone came out. The Harry Potter series totally took me over -- I loved them. I am a very slow reader, but I read all four books in about a month. So I really put my time into those books. And it was as if Harry Potter just took me aside and said, 'Look, you've got to read.' And since then I've been reading non-stop. My favorite book now would probably be The Giver by Lois Lowry."
